In high support and celebration of Braddon Merchant's South Coast suppliers, join us for an evening of fine food and wine as curated by Executive Chef, Andrew Morrow.
Former Bathers' Pavilion and Hayman Island chef, Executive Chef Morrow is fresh back into the Australian food scene after complementing a residency at the Emirates Palace in the United Arab Emirates.
With an ethical food philosophy centred around seasonal, local and regional produce, Morrow spent months exploring, tasting and connecting with the local suppliers of the South Coast of NSW prior to opening Braddon Merchant in September last year. The relationships fostered are like family and champion a shared passion for simple flavours presented beautifully.
Recent devastation caused by multiple bushfires in the South Coast region has greatly impacted these local suppliers. In a show of support and solidarity, Braddon Merchant presents a dinner celebrating these suppliers, and shares their stories through each dish.
The event will have two sittings available, 6pm and 8:30pm.
To further celebrate Good Food Month, Braddon Merchant will present a special $40 menu - 2 courses with wine, available for the month of March.
