Originating from France before sprouting in Australian soil (thank you James Busby), Shiraz has become the poster child of the Australian wine scene. With each grape finding its flavour based on the climate and winemakers’ methods, we invite you to explore the many textures of this bold, dark-fruited drop.
Complemented by a five course menu of local and seasonal produce as curated by Executive Chef Andrew Morrow, we look forward to continuing to share our journey with you over a meal.
